Confused about parking?

We have a small parking lot by the entrance that has [5] spaces including a handicap spot, these are labeled 'customer'

There is street parking along the building on Lincoln St. & Winthrop St., as well as parking on Howland St.
|
We are located in a residential building, so near our lot there are [4] spaces with 'no parking' signs, labeled resident.
|
Do not park in the lots across the street, they are residential lots.
Please be considerate and not park in resident spaces; ...that is someones driveway!
if you park in resident spaces - you risk getting towed :(
