Box of Coffee and Pastries Order Form

Please submit the form or call the store to place your order. This form must be submitted at least 2 days before pick-up date.

  • Lead time: Orders must be submitted at least 2 full days (48 hours) before your chosen pick-up date. Example: For a Friday pick-up, submit by Wednesday at the same time.

  • Changes & cancellations: To change or cancel, contact the store at least 24 hours before pick-up. Changes requested less than 24 hours in advance may not be accommodated; cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

  • Special requests: Use the special instructions field for dietary needs, allergies, or customizations (e.g., dairy-free milk, gluten-free pastry, specific roast level). We will confirm feasibility after order submission.

  • Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation by email or phone within 24 hours along with a link to pay. Confirmations include item list, total cost, pick-up date/time, and any notes about substitutions or limitations.

  • Substitutions: If an item is unavailable, we will substitute with an equal or higher-value item and notify you. You may opt out of substitutions on the form.

  • Shelf life & storage: Pastries are best consumed the day of pick-up. Refrigerate items that require it and consume within 48 hours. Coffee beans: whole-bean recommended; store in an airtight container away from heat and light; use within 2–3 weeks for optimal freshness.

  • Quantity limits: For large orders, specify quantity and allow additional lead time. Orders of 50+ pastries or bulk coffee beyond standard quantities may require 5–7 days’ notice.
