Join us for a night of creativity, community, and coffee!
Our Open Mic Night is a welcoming event where local artists and performers gather to share their talents. Whether you’re a poet, musician, or storyteller, this is your chance to take the stage in a supportive environment. The evening offers a diverse lineup of performances, accompanied by fresh coffee and a relaxed atmosphere.
SIGN UPS begin at 6:00 PM with the show starting promptly at 6:30 PM.
All skill levels are encouraged to participate or simply enjoy the entertainment.
Full Moon Drumming and Sound Meditation
Join Bonny at The Coffee Loft in Marlborough for monthly Full Moon Release Drumming and Sound Meditation. Bring your own drum or rattle (though we do have some available too) for some energy release drumming and then relax to a crystal Sound Bath as you set new intentions for the new moon cycle. You can bring your own yoga mat and blanket.
Full Moon Essential Oil blends will be used and available for sale.
Bring a canned food item for a Food Pantry
Cost: Donations accepted (Suggested Energy exchange $10)
Live Music with Matt
Hailing from Hopedale, this pianist and singer brings a warm, folk-rooted sound to the Coffee Loft. He first began playing in high school, stepped away for nearly a decade, and returned to music with fresh perspective and purpose. After spending three years performing in a duo and cutting his teeth at open mics, he now prefers the intimacy of solo performance.
Drawing inspiration from folk greats like Bob Dylan, the Grateful Dead, and Bruce Springsteen—along with lyricist Robert Hunter—his sets blend thoughtful covers with original songs he’s been writing for the past three years. Grounded, reflective, and at ease on stage, he plays without nerves and with clear love for storytelling through music. If he could share a stage with anyone, it would be Sierra Ferrell.
